All projects at Triaum India Infotech are handled with detailed communication, planning, and approval processes.
Before starting any project, we:

  • Provide a clear proposal or quotation,
  • Define the scope of work and milestones, and
  • Begin execution only after written or email confirmation and initial payment.

Once a project begins, significant time, effort, and resources are invested. Therefore, we follow specific rules regarding cancellations and refunds as mentioned below.

A. By Client

If the client wishes to cancel a project after confirmation:

  • Cancellations must be requested in writing via email.
  • Cancellations made before project commencement may be eligible for a partial refund of the advance payment, depending on administrative costs.
  • Once the project has started, no full refund will be issued.
  • If cancellation occurs after significant work has been completed, the client will be billed for the completed portion of the project, and the balance will be refunded (if applicable).

B. By Triaum India Infotech

Triaum India Infotech reserves the right to cancel any project or order under the following conditions:

  • False or misleading information provided by the client,
  • Non-cooperation, delayed responses, or lack of communication,
  • Non-payment or breach of terms,
  • Technical or resource limitations beyond reasonable control.

In such cases, clients will be informed in writing, and any refund (if applicable) will be processed after adjusting the work completed till date.

Due to the nature of our digital and professional services, refunds are not guaranteed once work has commenced. However, refunds may be considered under the following conditions:

A. Eligible Refunds

  • If Triaum India Infotech fails to initiate a project within the agreed timeline without client fault.
  • If there is a mutual agreement to discontinue the project before any work is delivered.
  • For unused service credits or prepaid plans that have not been initiated.

B. Non-Refundable Conditions

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Project work has already started or been completed.
  • Delays caused by client feedback, content submission, or approval.
  • Changes in project scope after work commencement.
  • Third-party expenses (e.g., domain, hosting, ads, or plugins).
  • Services like SEO, Google Ads, or Digital Marketing once campaigns have launched.
  • Design approvals given by the client and later reconsidered.

C. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds (if any) will be processed within 10โ€“15 business days after confirmation.
  • Refunds will be issued through the same payment mode used for the transaction.
  • Any applicable transaction or processing fees will be deducted.

๐Ÿงฑ 4. Project Delay or Hold

If a client pauses or holds a project for more than 30 days without notice:

  • The project will be marked as inactive.
  • Any payments made will remain non-refundable.
  • To restart the project later, a re-initiation fee may apply.

If the client requests major modifications, new features, or additional pages after design or development begins:

  • Such requests will be considered out of scope.
  • Revised cost and timelines will be provided.
  • No refund will be issued for work already completed under the original agreement.

๐Ÿ“ข 6. Digital Marketing & Subscription Services

  • Payments for SEO, SMM, PPC, or maintenance plans are non-refundable as they involve third-party platforms and continuous resource allocation.
  • Subscriptions may be canceled before the next billing cycle, but fees already paid for the current cycle will not be refunded.

Before final delivery, clients are given the opportunity to:

  • Review project deliverables,
  • Request minor revisions as per the agreement, and
  • Approve the final output.

Once approved and delivered, Triaum India Infotech assumes the project is completed and will not be responsible for further refund requests.


โš–๏ธ 8. Dispute Resolution

In case of any disputes regarding cancellations or refunds:

  • Both parties will attempt to resolve the issue amicably through communication.
  • If unresolved, the matter shall be governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in the courts of Anand, Gujarat, India.
