💰 4. Pricing & Payments
- All prices are provided in INR or USD (depending on client location).
- Payment terms are agreed upon before project commencement.
- A project initiation payment (advance) is required before work begins.
- Remaining payments must be made according to milestones or before the final delivery.
- All payments are non-refundable once the project work has commenced, except in cases of non-delivery due to Triaum India Infotech’s fault.
- Any third-party costs (such as domain, hosting, premium plugins, or ad spend) are paid separately by the client.

- Estimated delivery timelines are provided in proposals but may vary depending on client communication, feedback, and content availability.
- Any delay in client response or content submission may extend project deadlines.
- Triaum India Infotech is not responsible for delays caused by external dependencies or third-party integrations.

Clients are required to:
- Provide accurate information, content, and materials for the project.
- Review and approve work at each stage of development.
- Ensure they have all necessary rights and permissions for content shared.
- Maintain prompt communication during the project.
Triaum India Infotech will not be held responsible for errors, copyright issues, or damages arising from incorrect or unauthorized materials provided by the client.
🧾 7. Intellectual Property
- Upon full payment, the client owns the final design, website, or deliverables created for them.
- Triaum India Infotech retains the right to display the project as part of its portfolio and marketing materials, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- All source code, design concepts, and digital assets remain Triaum’s property until final payment is received.
- Unauthorized use, duplication, or resale of Triaum India Infotech’s materials is strictly prohibited.
🔐 8. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep all project information, communication, and business details confidential.
Triaum India Infotech will not share or disclose client data to any third party without permission, except when required by law.
🧱 9. Website Maintenance & Support
After project completion:
- Clients can opt for a maintenance package for regular updates and technical support.
- Free support may be offered for a limited time post-launch (as specified in the proposal).
- Any additional development, redesign, or content updates beyond the scope will be billed separately.
🚫 10. Limitation of Liability
Triaum India Infotech shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Loss of profits, data, or business interruptions.
- Technical issues caused by hosting providers, third-party plugins, or external software.
Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific project.
📈 11. Marketing & Portfolio Rights
Triaum India Infotech reserves the right to:
- Display completed projects on its website, social media, and marketing materials.
- Use project screenshots or logos as part of case studies and promotional designs.
If a client wishes to restrict portfolio use, they must notify us in writing before the project begins.
📢 12. Termination Policy
Either party may terminate the project with a written notice under the following conditions:
- Client fails to provide timely content or payments.
- Triaum India Infotech fails to meet agreed deliverables without valid reason.
- Breach of confidentiality or misuse of deliverables.
In case of termination:
- All completed work remains Triaum’s property until full payment.
- Any advance paid will be adjusted against work completed till termination date.
🧠 13. Third-Party Tools & Integrations
Our services may include integration with third-party tools (like payment gateways, APIs, or plugins).
Triaum India Infotech is not responsible for:
- Performance or downtime of third-party tools.
- Policy or pricing changes by external providers.
